With more than 20 years of experience behind the casting monitor, I have built my career around understanding what makes talent stand out. I didn’t skip a single step. I built my expertise from the ground up, brick by brick, starting as an assistant and mastering the mechanics of the process, acquiring the growth and understanding I needed to advance from assistant to lead casting director.
The journey
Built from the ground up
By 2019, following nearly a decade of rigorous experience and solidifying my reputation as a casting director, I took the helm of my first official casting project in one of the most important channels of Colombia.
Since then, I have operated at the intersection of two of the world’s most demanding markets, maintaining a constant presence between Bogotá and New York to ensure I remain at the pulse of international production.

After 15 years of refining this eye—of watching what separates the ‘good’ from the ‘unforgettable’—I realized my knowledge was too valuable.
This year, I formalized my life’s work into The Casting Method. I am now stripping back the curtain to give actors and professionals the exact blueprint I’ve used to build careers and elevate performances for over two decades.
