A project that took me across Colombia to hunt for undiscovered talent. Touring the country required a sharp eye for potential and unique character archetypes. Once the cast was assembled, I transitioned to managing the talent directly through the high-pressure environment of a massive television production, teaching me invaluable skills in on-ground coordination.
